Database Reactivation

Your CRM Is Full of Opportunities That Went Quiet

Database reactivation looks at your CRM or lead database as a whole — not a single campaign — and identifies which records are eligible, prioritized, and ready for structured re-engagement. Not every record is contactable or recoverable, and the process is designed to find out which ones are.

    Lead reactivation vs. database reactivation

Lead reactivation focuses on recent or specific groups of unconverted inquiries. Database reactivation starts earlier: auditing the full set of records, cleaning and classifying them, and then deciding which segments should receive outreach at all.

    Data quality and preparation

Results depend heavily on the condition of the data. Before any outreach we review:

    • Duplicate, incomplete, or malformed contact records
    • Lead age and the date of the last meaningful interaction
    • Prior engagement — replies, quotes, appointments, purchases
    • Suppression records, opt-outs, and do-not-contact flags
    • Which fields your CRM can export and accept back

    Contact eligibility

Each channel has its own consent requirements. Records without a valid basis for a given channel are excluded from that channel, and anyone who has opted out stays suppressed. Eligibility is decided before messaging is written, not after.

    Prior customers vs. unconverted leads

Past customers and never-converted leads need different conversations. Former customers may be due for service, renewal, or an upgrade; unconverted leads may need their original question answered. They are segmented and messaged separately.

Channels, response routing, and human follow-up

Approved outreach runs through the channels included in your setup — email, SMS, and voice. Replies are detected and routed to the right person or calendar, and anything that needs judgment goes to a human on your team rather than an automated reply.

    Reporting

You see which segments were contacted, response activity, handoffs, and booked appointments, tied back to records in your CRM so your team can follow through.
